Detailed Laos Trekking Tour 4 Days

Day 1: Luang Prabang - Luang Namtha (D)

Depart from Luang Prabang by tuk-tuk or private transportation to Luang Namtha, starting your laos trekking adventure. Visit the minority village of Ban Song Cha and travel through the scenic Laos countryside, stopping at several minority villages along the route. Day 2: Muang Sing - Phoum Pouk pagoda - Luang Nam Tha Museum - Black Tai village - Lenten village (B)

After breakfast, explore Muang Sing with a Laos hiking tour approach, visiting local markets and the historic Phoum Pouk Pagoda built in 1624, now partially in ruins after the Indochina War. Continue to the Luang Namtha Museum to gain insight into the diverse ethnic minorities of the region.

In the afternoon, trek through the surrounding minority villages, including a Black Tai village, known for traditional silk weaving. From the mountaintop, admire the spectacular view of the Muang Sing valley. Proceed to Pawai Kao, enjoy lunch in the village, then walk down to another Laos village before returning by tuk-tuk.
